This is your classic spinach. It grows well in Florida as long as you plant at the correct time.

- North Florida: October - November
- Central Florida: October - November
- South Florida: October - January
Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 2-3” of space between each other. It’s best to sow carrots directly into the garden. Plant seeds about ¼ “ deep and water regularly.

Days to Maturity: 45 days
