Pepper - Ancho
The ancho pepper is a sweet and mildly spicy pepper. I love peppers that are both sweet and spicy because they are fantastic for making hot sauce. The fruits are usually 4-6” big and have a decent thickness to them, another reason I like them for making a sauce.
