Mustard - Florida Broadleaf
This vegetable might take the cake for the easiest vegetable to grow in Florida. You can plant nearly year-round, but you get better tasting leaves when you plant in the early spring and early fall.

When to Plant:
- North Florida: September - March
- Central Florida: September - March
- South Florida: August - March
Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 10-12” of space between each other. Sow directly into the garden or start transplants undercover. Plant seeds about ½ “ deep and water regularly.
Germination time: 7 - 14 Days
Days to Maturity: 45 days
Number of seeds per pack: 30-40
