Kohlrabi - Purple Vienna
Kohlrabi is a really interesting vegetable to grow in your garden. It is not often seen in stores and looks like it belongs on an alien planet. The best way to describe the flavor is like if a radish tasted like cabbage. It has a nice crunchy texture but a rich cabbagey flavor.
