Kale - Red Russian
I really like this kale because of the bright color it brings to the garden. It has deep purple stalks and a nice greenish-grey leaf color that plays nicely with the purple. The leaves are a bit more tender when compared to other kale varieties and it is really easy to grow.

When to Plant:
- North Florida: September - March
- Central Florida: September - March
- South Florida: September - March
Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 8-12” of space between each other. Sow directly into the garden or start transplants undercover. Plant seeds about ¼ “ deep and water regularly.
Germination time: 7 - 14 Days
Days to Maturity: 50 days
Number of seeds per pack: 30-40
