Cucumber - Ashley
A great slicing variety of cucumber that stands up to our hot and humid weather in Florida. The cucumbers the plant produces are about 8 inches long and the plant itself is resistant to downy mildew.
Type: Heirloom
When to Plant:
- North Florida: August & March
- Central Florida: August & March
- South Florida: September - March
Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 12” of space between each other. Sow directly into the garden or start transplants undercover. Plant seeds about ¼ “ deep and water regularly.
Germination time: 3 - 10 Days
Days to Maturity: 65 - 75 days
Number of seeds per pack: 30-40
