Cauliflower - Snowball Y Improved
This is one of the more popular varieties of cauliflower and for good reason. Given proper care, this cauliflower will produce very bright, whiteheads that are about 8” in diameter.

When to Plant:
- North Florida: September - January
- Central Florida September - January
- South Florida: September - January
Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 18” of space between each other. Sow directly into the garden or start transplants undercover. Plant seeds about ¼ “ deep and water regularly.
Germination time: 5 - 10 Days
Days to Maturity: 75 days
Number of seeds per pack: 30-40
