Cabbage - Red Acre
This is an easy to grow red cabbage that is fast maturing. This plant makes cabbage heads that are about 7” in diameter and weighs about 2-3 pounds. The red acre variety stores really well and is great for coleslaw.

- North Florida: September - January
- Central Florida September - January
- South Florida: September - January
Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 12” of space between each other. Sow directly into the garden or start transplants undercover. Plant seeds about ¼ “ deep and water regularly.
Germination time: 7 - 10 Days
Days to Maturity: 75 days
Number of seeds per pack: 30-40
