Arugula - Astro

Astro arugula is a mildly spicy arugula with large lobes that is fast growing. It’s best to use the leaves young in salads to add some nice texture and spice. Astro Arugula is ready to eat in about 40 days from planting.

When To Plant:

• North Florida: September - March
• Central Florida: September - March
• South Florida: October - March

Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Plants can grow up to 10 - 12” or you can eat young tender leaves when plants are only 3-4” large. It’s best to sow directly in the garden. Plant seeds about1/4” deep and water regularly.
