Kale - Lacinato

This is a fantastic compact kale to grow. Sometimes called dinosaur kale, probably because of the texture of the leaves. Compared to red Russian kale, this variety has thicker but skinnier leaves. It is equally as easy to grow and bountiful. Four plants is more than enough for two people, we couldn't eat enough!

Type: Heirloom

  • Central Florida: September - March

Days to Maturity: 50 days
