Pepper - Cayenne Long Red Slim
I found this pepper to be relatively easy to grow and produce a ton of peppers. This is a traditional cayenne but it adds a great flavor and turns up the heat to any homemade hot sauces.
Type: Heirloom
When to Plant:
- North Florida: February & July
- Central Florida: February & July
- South Florida: August - September
Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 12-18” of space between each other. Sow directly into the garden or start transplants undercover. Plant seeds about ¼ “ deep and water regularly.
Germination time: 10 - 21 Days
Days to Maturity: 75 - 80 days
Number of seeds per pack: 18-25
